I find that the shampoo does not deep clean my hair. On the other hand, the conditioner detangles my curls very easily.

Good products, poor packaging

I like the products but the boxes are very fragile, my shampoo arrived broken. I hadn't had this problem with other products I ordered so I think it's just the poor quality of the lids at Les Secrets de Loly and not the shipping from the store.
