Relay point delivery
Will you not be home when the delivery person arrives?
Choose the freedom and security of delivery to a relay point.
No delivery notice will be left in your mailbox as the package will be directly deposited and made available on site. It is important to follow the information received by email or SMS to collect your package on time.
Home delivery
Do you wish to enjoy the convenience of hand-to-hand delivery, at home or at your workplace?
We deliver via Colissimo for a flat rate of €9.99
We draw your attention to the fact that a delivery without signature (delivery to a mailbox) can lead to theft and does not allow for any recourse. This is why we prioritize deliveries with signature confirmation.
The presence of an authorized person to collect your package on site is therefore important (otherwise the package would be returned to the nearest Post Office).
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We deliver via Colissimo Expert Outre-Mer to all DROM-COM:

When you create an account with an overseas delivery address, products and shipping costs are automatically switched to ex-tax.
Once it arrives at its destination, your package is generally taxed by customs.
In this case, you will be asked to pay the local VAT (on the price of the products + shipping costs), the "octroi de mer" (local tax), and customs duties.
The shipping price depends on the weight.
NB: Many customers use parcel forwarding services based in France. In this case, you simply have your orders delivered to your home (for €9.99) at the service provider's address. The service provider then manages the forwarding to your home, possibly combining several purchases. We invite you to compare offers.
EUROPE DELIVERY (EU & non-EU)
Our international deliveries are mainly carried out via Chronopost Shop2Shop, Mondial Relay or Colissimo.
Within the European Union, no taxation will be applied upon delivery of the package (your country's VAT having already been paid during your purchase).
When you have a delivery made outside the European Union (Norway, Switzerland, Serbia), prices are automatically switched to ex-tax.
Outside the European Union, once it arrives at its destination, your package should be taxed (payment of local VAT on the price of the products + shipping costs and customs duties). The request for payment could be made by the carrier before delivery.
ORDER MODIFICATION
As a general rule, all orders confirmed before 12 pm from Tuesday to Friday are shipped the same day.
Therefore, please note that any request for order modification cannot be taken into account.
