Delivery of your orders

Colorful Black makes every effort to ensure fast and efficient delivery of your packages. Our engagements :

  1. Prepare your order as soon as possible.
    Except in exceptional cases, all orders placed before 12 p.m., Tuesday to Friday, are dispatched the same day (on Monday, given the orders accumulated over the weekend, a majority but not all of them can be dispatched).

  2. Pack your items carefully.

  3. Have your parcels delivered by recognized service providers (Mondial Relay, Colissimo or Chronopost mainly)

    You will not be at home for the passage of the delivery man?
    Choose the freedom and security of pick-up point delivery

    No notice of passage will be left in your mailbox since the package will be directly deposited and made available on site. It is important to carefully follow the information received by email or SMS to collect your package on time.

    Residence
    Do you want to take advantage of the convenience of hand-delivery, at home or at your place of work?
    Opt for Colissimo Domicile against signature.


    We draw your attention to the fact that delivery without a signature (delivery in a letterbox) can lead to theft and does not allow any recourse. This is the reason why we favor deliveries against signature (whether in relay or at home)


    EXPRESS DELIVERY BY CHRONOPOST

    Except in exceptional cases (delay within our logistics or delay in the carrier's network), delivery the next working day (except Sunday) at home and counter-signature.

    In Corsica, carrier surcharges do not allow us to ship by Chronopost. We will therefore be forced to cancel your order and contact you to validate the change to Colissimo (with reimbursement of the price difference of course).


    * Attention: no shipping possible on Saturday and Sunday.

    Your order must be confirmed before 12 noon Monday to Friday. An order placed over the weekend will be prepared and shipped on Monday.



    OVERSEAS DELIVERY

    We deliver by Colissimo Expert Outre-Mer in all DROM-COM:

    • Guadeloupe
    • French Guiana
    • Martinique
    • Mayotte
    • New Caledonia
    • Meeting
    • Saint Barthélemy
    • Saint-Martin
    • Saint Pierre and Miquelon
    • French Southern Territories
    • Wallis and futuna


    When you create an account with a delivery address in Overseas, the products and shipping costs are automatically switched to HT.

    Once it has arrived at its destination, your parcel is in principle taxed by customs* In this case, you will be asked to pay local VAT (on the price of the products + shipping costs), dock dues and customs fees.

    To ensure reliable delivery, we only ship against signature.

    The delivery price depends on the weight.

    * The tax rule providing for 100% taxation of parcels on arrival was not always applied in the past... but today it seems to be applied. We therefore invite you to plan for the additional cost upon arrival of the package.


    DELIVERY EUROPE (EU & outside EU)

    Our international deliveries are mainly made via Mondial Relay or Colissimo Counter-Signature

    The package will be delivered to you against signature, at the address specified in the order.

    Within the European Union, no taxation will be made to you upon delivery of the package (French VAT of 20% already paid at the time of your purchase).

    When you have delivered outside the European Union (Norway, United Kingdom post Brexit, Switzerland, Serbia), the prices are automatically switched to excluding VAT.

    Outside the European Union, once it has arrived at its destination, your package should be taxed (local VAT payment on the price of the products + shipping costs and customs fees). The claim could be made by the carrier before delivery.


    ORDER CHANGE

    As a general rule, all orders validated before 12 noon from Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

    Therefore, please note that any order modification request cannot be taken into account.

    Nevertheless, if you ask us (rather by phone at 01 42 36 54 14) we will do everything we can to block the preparation of your order... but if your package is already ready for dispatch (or already dispatched of course) it will not be possible to modify the order.
