Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional.

Before contacting the mediator, the client must first have sent a written complaint to our customer service department in an attempt to resolve the dispute directly with Colorful Black.

Should an amicable resolution not be reached, the client may free of charge refer the matter to the consumer mediator appointed by PSDV SARL / Colorful Black:

CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice

Address: 49 Rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris

Phone: 01 89 47 00 14

Website: www.cm2c.net

Report a dispute: online submission form

The client may also contact the CM2C by post at the address indicated above or by e-mail at the address indicated on the official website of the mediator.

Mediation is free for the consumer. Each party remains free to accept or reject the solution proposed by the mediator.

Mediation can only be resorted to if the dispute has not already been examined by another mediator or by a court, and if the request is not manifestly unfounded or abusive.
