Are the delivery areas we serve eligible for this payment method?
To date, this payment method is available in mainland France and Europe (Italy, Portugal, Germany and other countries to come). The French overseas departments and regions (DROM-COM) will be able to access it in 2022 when it is deployed in the area.

How does the installment system work?
At the time of purchase, the 1st installment will be immediately debited. The next 2 installments will be debited over the next 2 months.
- At the time of purchase: 1st installment
- 1 month from the date of purchase: 2nd installment
- 2 months from the date of purchase: 3rd and final installment
Scalapay will notify you a few days before each installment is due via SMS or email.
If one or more scheduled payments are not made by the due date, a late payment fee will be debited.
If you have not made the payment by the scheduled due date and automatic payment fails, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment. If you do not, Scalapay will apply late payment fees as explained below:
- Payment made more than 1 day late = up to 6 euros in additional fees
- Payment made more than 1 week late = an additional 6 euros (in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of 12 euros for each payment).
The total cost of fees cannot exceed 15% of the loan value (second and third installments).
