These are the questions you often ask us 🤔
1) Stop applying leave-in oils to your scalp
Honestly, the only product we'd recommend applying, especially if you have itching or have overused oils in the past, is the Prophylactic Lotion (trichology lotion), which is non-greasy and helps to cleanse and maintain a healthy balance on your scalp 😃

2) Check if you have any deficiencies (in iron, magnesium, vitamins…)
If you suffer from anemia (iron deficiency) or other deficiencies, make sure to correct them.
This is fundamental… and it will have a direct impact on your health, both positive and negative (hair is simply a reflection of your inner well-being) ♥️
In case of a severe deficiency, your doctor may prescribe medication. 
3) Avoid stress… and sleep well
…but it's always good to remember that life is short. Let's make the most of it, as if each day were our last. Let's do good around us and find satisfaction in what we do. Let's not be too hard on ourselves.
Sleep rests the body and mind. By getting enough sleep, you allow your body to regenerate, making it stronger.

4) Adopt a healthy lifestyle, with exercise and a balanced diet.
Equally essential: water , of course! 💧 If you don't drink enough, your body will already lack the resources to perform vital functions… so there won't be a drop left to nourish your scalp (and therefore your hair) 😟
Finally, don't forget to exercise ! It's very important for your health… and as mentioned earlier, sweating is also very beneficial. When you exercise, you activate your sweat glands, which produce sweat. So let's get moving! 👏

5) Massage your temples and your entire scalp.
This massage can be done daily, ideally in the evening… but the best time will always be when you're available, those few minutes when you're thinking about yourself and only yourself 😎

6) Take care of your hair
- Clean your hair and especially your scalp every week (including when you are wearing a protective hairstyle).
- After shampooing, apply a hair mask (or if time is short, at least a conditioner).
- "Listen" to your hair to provide it with protein (through a repairing/protein mask) when it needs it.
- Hydrate your hair perfectly (and don't make it greasy) then apply one or more sealants according to its needs, or simply according to the hairstyle you will create.
- Gently dry your hair after moisturizing and styling it. This helps to seal weak bonds (unlike air drying).

In summary:
- Focus on your health and well-being (correcting any deficiencies, relaxation, exercise, good diet)
- Leave your scalp alone (except for the occasional massage that will reward it for your beautiful hair… and maybe some Prophylactic treatment) 😎
