This pack includes:

1. Solid Hibiscus Shampoo , to gently wash your scalp mainly and your lengths.
   
2. The Coconut-Spirulina Mask , protein, which is used under a heat source for 15 minutes to extract all the benefits, then rinse with cool water. Excellent for strengthening (1 to 2 times per month) and also for detangling.
3. Sapote Conditioner should always be applied after the protein mask. Leave on for at least 5 minutes as a conditioner or, even better, under heat for 30 minutes, before rinsing.
