Polymolecular Hyaluronic Acid: The Moisturizing Skincare Revolution for Your Hair

Hyaluronic acid is the most acclaimed moisturizing active ingredient in skin cosmetics — its ability to retain up to 1000 times its weight in water makes it the most powerful humectant available. However, its classic version (high molecular weight) remains on the surface of the cuticle and does not penetrate the hair fiber. The Hyalu Fusion Mask incorporates polymolecular hyaluronic acid — a blend of molecules of different sizes that act at different depths. Small molecules penetrate deep into the fiber to hydrate it from within. Large molecules remain on the surface to smooth the cuticle and retain water. The result: deep and long-lasting hydration that classic masks cannot achieve.

Marshmallow and Pullulan: The Slip That Reveals Curls

Two active ingredients complementing hyaluronic acid make the Hyalu Fusion Mask unique. Marshmallow extract (Althaea officinalis) is the plant that releases the most slippery natural gel in hair phytotherapy. In contact with water, its mucilage creates an extremely slippery film that coats each strand, facilitating detangling and encouraging the hair to adopt its natural curl or wave pattern. Pullulan is a natural polysaccharide of fungal origin with film-forming properties: it wraps the cuticle in a smooth, flexible film that protects hydration while giving curls natural, non-rigid definition.

Monthly Care in Your Fusion Routine: Maximum 3 Times a Month

Unlike the Repair Time mask or the Pink Power Mask, which can be used weekly, the Hyalu Fusion Mask is formulated for intensive monthly use — a maximum of 3 times a month. Its formula, concentrated in skincare active ingredients, is particularly powerful: too frequent use can lead to a build-up of film-forming active ingredients on the fiber. The recommended frequency is 1 to 3 uses per month, after the Care Fusion co-wash and before the Kurl Fusion leave-in, for an intense moisturizing treatment before styling.

Apply after Care Fusion co-wash or after shampoo, section by section, using finger coiling.
Leave on for at least 10 minutes before rinsing.
Follow directly with Kurl Fusion as a defining leave-in.
Use a maximum of 3 times a month as an intensive moisturizing treatment.
For best results: apply under a heated cap for 20 to 30 minutes.
