  1. Apply the treatment to wet hair
  2. Massage from root to tip
  3. Detangle gently
  4. Rinse

For deep treatment, repeat the following steps and before rinsing, leave on for 15 to 20 minutes under a heating cap (take care to place your hair under a plastic cap).
